The Biberach Adult Education Center (vhs) was founded in 1946 as a municipal institution and is supported by the “Association of Friends of the vhs Biberach e.V.” As a politically neutral, nonprofit educational institution, it is committed to education for all—across generations and regardless of social or cultural background.
Our programs strengthen democracy, social participation, and integration. We place a special emphasis on training and the job market: We offer courses in IT, vocational skills, and languages, conduct German and integration courses, and support job seekers in collaboration with the Jobcenter and the Employment Agency. In addition, we provide individual counseling and develop customized educational programs.
Our events take place in-person, in a hybrid format, and online. We work with qualified instructors, have strong regional networks, and ensure our quality in accordance with AZAV standards.
