Our house is located in a pleasant, quiet residential area surrounded by greenery, yet close to the city center. The apartments are cozy and modernly furnished, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We maintain a smoke-free policy.
We offer two slightly different apartments:
The attic apartment, with its large balcony, offers a beautiful view of the green surroundings.
The garden apartment has a separate entrance and its own terrace in the garden.
Our house is conveniently located:
It is about a 17-minute walk to the train station and about an 8-minute walk to the market square. The nearest supermarkets are about a 10-minute walk away. You can reach the university in 15 minutes on foot. Cinemas, theaters, and restaurants in the Old Town area are thus about 10 to 15 minutes away on foot. Likewise, all major companies, such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Handtmann, Liebherr, etc., are easily accessible by car, bus, or on foot.
