Biberach an der Riß is conveniently located thanks to its central position in Upper Swabia, its good connections to the road and rail networks, and its proximity to several airports. This makes it easy to reach from both within Germany and abroad. Biberach lies at the intersection of several federal highways and is only about 35 km from the A7 and A8 highways. There are good train connections from the major airports in Munich, Zurich, and Stuttgart. The nearest regional airports with scheduled flights are located in Memmingen and Friedrichshafen.

Take the A 96 to Memmingen, then continue on the A 7 toward Ulm, take the Biberach/Berkheim exit, and continue on the B 312 to Biberach
- Directions from Lake Constance
From Friedrichshafen (65 km) via the B 30 to Biberach; from Konstanz (80 km) take the Lake Constance ferry to Meersburg, then take the B 33 to Ravensburg, and continue on the B 30 to Biberach

Take the B 31 to Geisingen, then continue on the B 311 via Tuttlingen and Meßkirch to Riedlingen, and continue on the B 312 to Biberach

There is a bus stop in front of the Stadthalle that can accommodate up to three buses. Passengers can board and alight here with ease.
There are plenty of bus parking spaces available at the Gigelberg parking lot (Jahnstraße 1). However, the Gigelberg is closed several times a year as it serves as a fairgrounds.
Buses can also park at Adenauer-Allee 27, below Königsbergerallee (four spaces).
